01 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") is a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "Member") and wingiler ("Company", "We"). By registering an account, accessing or using any services provided on the wingiler.net website, you are considered to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all provisions contained in these Terms.

These Terms are to be read together with the Privacy Policy and any specific game rules or bonus conditions displayed on our website. Should there be any conflict between these Terms and other documents, these Terms shall apply.

02 Member Eligibility

Registration and use of the wingiler platform is only permitted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• Acting on their own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

03 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is only allowed to hold and use one active account on the wingiler platform at any one time. A single individual holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts along with forfeiture of any existing balances and winnings.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide truthful, accurate and current information during the registration process. The name registered must match the name on your official identity card. wingiler reserves the right to request verification at any time, and failure to submit the requested documents within the stipulated period may result in the account being temporarily suspended.

3.3 Password Security

You are fully responsible for keeping your account password confidential. We recommend that you choose a strong password and not share it with anyone. wingiler will not be responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.

04 Deposits and Payment Methods

wingiler supports the following payment methods for depositing funds into your gaming account:

The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods is RM10. Funds deposited via e-wallet and online banking are typically credited to the account shortly after the transaction is confirmed.

4.1 Payment Method Ownership

The payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name. wingiler reserves the right to decline or hold transactions that raise doubt regarding the ownership or legitimacy of the source of funds.

4.2 Transaction Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that the transaction details entered are correct before confirmation. wingiler is not responsible for losses resulting from errors made by the player during the deposit process.

05 Withdrawals

Players may submit a withdrawal request at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals will be processed within 1 hour after the request is verified.
• Withdrawals can only be made to an account or e-wallet verified in the player's name.
• If bonus wagering requirements have not yet been met, withdrawals may be blocked until those conditions are fulfilled.

5.1 Identity Verification Before Withdrawal

06 Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New wingiler members are eligible to receive a welcome bonus of 100% on the first deposit up to RM888. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus amount received before winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

Verified calculation examples:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM100 → Account balance RM200 → Wagering requirement: RM100 × 20 = RM2,000
• Deposit RM1,800 → Bonus RM888 → Account balance RM2,688 → Wagering requirement: RM888 × 20 = RM17,760

6.2 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by wingiler are subject to specific terms stated at the time the offer is presented. In general:

• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per promotion unless stated otherwise.
• wingiler reserves the right to cancel bonuses if there is any indication of misuse or fraud.

6.3 VIP Programme

Active members are eligible to join the wingiler VIP programme, which consists of five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each tier offers a higher weekly cashback — starting from up to 0.2% for the Bronze tier up to 1.2% for the Diamond tier. Tier advancement is determined based on gaming activity level and member loyalty.

07 Game Rules

All games available on the wingiler platform — including slots, live casino, sports betting, fishing games and card games such as baccarat, roulette, blackjack and sic bo — operate using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) system or through licensed, recognised software providers.

7.1 Game Results

All game results are final and cannot be disputed once the relevant round or match has concluded. In the event of a technical failure that affects the integrity of a game round, wingiler reserves the right to void that round and return the bet value to the player's account.

7.2 Sports Betting

The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the accepted price for that bet. Any change in odds after a bet is confirmed will not affect bets that have already been accepted. For mix parlay bets, winnings are only calculated if all selections in the parlay win.

08 Player Conduct and Responsibilities

As a wingiler member, you agree to use this platform in a responsible and ethical manner. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Using automation software, bots or other technical tools designed to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live table games.
• Exploiting technical errors, system faults or software vulnerabilities for financial gain.

• Registering an account in another person's name or using false information.

09 Account Closure and Suspension
